Description of service

LnkApp provides link management infrastructure including link creation, analytics, policy enforcement, and related tools. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use LnkApp to:

• Create links to illegal content
• Distribute malware or phishing attacks
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent rate limits or security controls
• Resell the service without authorization

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

API usage

API access is subject to rate limits and usage policies. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

Link content

You are responsible for all links you create and their destinations. We reserve the right to disable links that violate these terms or applicable law.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Limitation of liability

LnkApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
